I'm gonna be 100% honest and say I think the silver housings look WAY better on obsidian black pearl and maybe PBP. Something about the black contrasts the silver. I like it, I'm not even throwing overlays on my hatch cause I'm going silver accents. One day il put some VS-XX's on In silver and the look will be complete

NAISOC: Where everyone thinks every set of wheels are Rota's.

Look at those more carefully...they look very similar to my setup.

Have a Nice Day? Picked up a toenail clipper

Yesterday on my way out of work and get to my car, I notice the drivers side rear wheel is a little flat.

I grab my tire pressure gauge to check the pressure of it and read 7 psi to which I went

So i stopped at a gas station a quarter mile and filled up the tire and the TPMS light turned off. So I drove home 40 miles from work and checked the tire again. Pressure didn't change much, dropped a couple psi but not enough to warn me with the TPMS light.

I got curious and did the spray with soapy water trick and look for bubbles. Yup. Found some bubbles!! At this point all shops are closed so it will have to sit over night.

So this morning I went out there to check on the tire pressure and it seems to be ok, similar to last night.

So I drove it over to my local tire shop to get it looked at. If it could be patched, patch it. If it couldn't, then I buy a new set.

The shop took the wheel and tire off, looked at the puncture and said, "Yeah, this isn't repairable."

I took this picture after I realized that I ran over a toenail clipper! Not sure exactly where, must have been just after I got off the highway for my work.

So the guys at the shop took out the shard and gave it to me, look at this huge piece of ****!

So, I went ahead and got a new set of shoes like you're supposed to with AWD cars! My favorite tire, Continental ExtremeContact DWS.

EDIT: sorry for all the phone pics...

I live in NH and the weather changes every 5 minutes. I had these tires on my legacy and loved every second of them. They handle perfectly in the summer and phenomenally in the winter. Yes, they are all season but they are ultra high performance.

DWS are pretty bad ass I must agree. On the 48hr of tristate a bunch of guys were running them through the mountains of VA on some ass clenching corners in snow and it was amazing how well they worked.

First post. Just completed all the (generic, I know) exterior mods I was planning on. Bought 2 months ago, 4500 miles so far...new wheels in the spring.

How easy was it to install the super tones? I am installing mine tomorrow, I would like to know what I am up against. Where did you end up mounting the horns and did you take the grill off or the entire bumper off?

I'm going up to Newry, Maine next week to watch the New England Forest Rally. There are some sick roads up there I plan to explore, I'll let you all know how they perform, but I expect nothing but coming from them.

Here is a couple pics of the animals I had the privilege of beating on thanks to exotic racing out here in Las Vegas.
