i like the neon wheels, I just wouldn't want that much attention. Seeing them in bronze again actually makes me like the neon more

This thread always makes me happy and sad.
Happy because you all give me ideas on what I want to do. From Alcantara all up in my interior, wheels choices, to even tint percentages.

Sad because of how unbelievably stock my car is.

think of something you like, so something different. i'm just tired of seeing the same **** over and over again. not like highlighter yellow hasn't been done, but you know what i mean. and don't rush anything its nice to wait and think stuff out. i've changed color ideas a million times before i ever did this color. just get a wheel you like, the color it comes in is irrelevant. hell the color of anything is irrelevant.

and i just stumbled on this gem of mine
Yea that's what Im going for, i already bought my wheels but im just trying to decide what color to powder them. I still have a bunch of little things to do on the car but I'm just slowly doping them one by one.

And trying to keep up in this thread will make you go broke that's why I don't try to keep up haha The only thing this thread does for me is confuse me because everyone's car is setup different. Then I get to many ideas so it's all just a big cluster **** in my head

<patientlywaitingonfedextoarrive>And your setup will be different too. That is kind of the point of modding really. You take a car that anyone can go buy off the lot and make it a representation of you. Whether it be visually, power or custom work (or all of the above), what you do to the car is an extension of your likes and dislikes. That is what ultimately makes modding a car so much fun.</patientlywaitingonfedextoarrive>

what are you waiting on? all my patients are gone with that ****. I always wait extra time and then when my parts arrive they're ****ing wrong. Hell I think I may have even got the wrong wheels because they're stamped 5x114.3 (box says 5x100). I will have to try them on and see. I ordered my sway bar kit back in march an I still don't have the front... Eibach really pissed me off with my order it should be here this month.

Very well said on the modding part btw

any 2011-2012 guys used a 245/45/18 on their WRX? found a set of 18 x 8.5 Gravels with 245/45 tires but i'm concerned about the size of the tires its a big diameter increase using online calculators = i'm on standard suspension but planning to go H&R springs in near future

I had 18x8.5 wheels with 25mm spacer adapters on stock suspension and rode around just fine. You'll be fine with that setup. With H&R springs you should still be fine if they're only a 1" drop.
