I think it comes from people with rare or heavily modded cars getting them stolen. ITRs and what not. I don't think its a big concern for lightly modded wrxs but idk.

Same here. I couldn't be happier with how it looks.

This. And the conjunctivitis headlights. Otherwise the red accents look pretty spiffy.

Anyone recommend some good quality bright yellow fog bulbs or does anyone have pics with yellow hid fogs?

Also I have heard yellow tint film tends to burn on the fogs. any suggestions?

I litterally worry about getting in a wreck everytime i drive, I can only imagine ur anger and sadness. My opinion is..... Since itll be pulled apart, might as well fully build the engine and go for 600whp. That of course would make the most sense.

Milwaukee rush hour traffic, was checking my mirrors quick and the cars stopped fast. I didn't stop fast enough. Four cars involved, but they were all about 10 years old and just had scratches on their bumpers. Mine was by far the worst.

I'm pretty positive the damage is all cosmetic. I was able to drive it a few miles to my friend's house (after driving 200 miles).

So this is your second one in two years? Think you'll swap in for a new one again

Let me know if you're parting anything out, lol.

This is my second one in less than a year - although the first one with the WRX was a deer (and more damage). I don't think I can afford to trade it in for something new. I will just have it fixed, stop worrying about "keeping it nice", and have some fun!

If you want to try out my exhaust for a while and don't mind making the hour trip to EC, let me know!

the most yellow bulbs i've ever used are called ZIZA. they are very popular with the VW/audi crowd. however i've switched to hid fogs since day 1 in the sti and i loved them. its the ddm 35w kit 3k. they really project well and bright onto the road, however you STILL can't see them from inside the car. i think the angle we sit at is too big to notice the foglight cut off. And before anyone goes ape****, no it doesn't glare, come see my car in person if you don't believe me. its just pure yellow AND i have yellow over lays.

you can see how they light up the ground in these, and how bright they are:
