18/9.5 +38 in 275/35/18. Rear rolled flat and pulled. Front just pulled with a slight roll up top.

Honestly at the height i was at before this is ideal mix of form and so much function

Jive, not much bulge for that size tire, I would have expected there to be more. Those tires run narrower than others?

Maybe the wheel gives it a different shape, I have the same size wheels with 265 tires.

Time for me to try and say this without being a jerk. Your car is no where near worth what your asking. I paid otd 3700 more for a brand new STi i would say your car is worth around 25700. I hope to god you didnt pay a penny more then 30,000 for it new. I bought my brother a 2011 wex non premium otd 24,286

U will still deff have to roll depending on how low u go. I had the same wheel specs as jive but i ran a 255 and had to roll flat and pull a little. But it also depends on your camber specs. I had as little camber as possible

Here's a quick pic from Subiefest last weekend taken by Rallysportdirect. I know it looks like I have reverse rake going on but i assure you I don't. The ground is uneven with the rear tires in some sort of ditch/groove.

Haha, I understand. But it's also Craigslist. I watched Chano's car get low balled for days from his asking price, so I figure.. Start high, and end up where I want when they low ball me. I DO NOT EXPECT TO GET 30k AT ALL. I just don't want 21-24k offers coming my way or people wanting to trade their ragged bro trucks for my car.

Truth right there. Sold my WRX for $25k. "Worth" $26.4k. Dealership offered $22k. They said average trade-in has been $20.5k. I called BS on this, though. A 2011 WRX Limited with 36k miles worth $20k? I WISH (if I were buying, that is).

unless you're mounting that rubber on stock tires, there is no way to not rub. you will NEED to pull if you start going to a lower offset and wider tire. there is no way around it. you either roll and have a good fitting tire/rim. or avoid it and have a high offset and stock rubber. if you don't roll now, i'm TELLING YOU that it will rub 100% when you put aftermarket wheels with lower offset and a 265. no way around it, so roll now because once you put the new tires and wheels on its annoying to take them off to do something you should have done before you put them on.
