Well I got all of my goodies in today. I don't like where the tweeters are but it was the flattest spot on the door at that level Anyways here's a pic or two only got the fronts done so far.

A good dampening setting is taking them off and throwing them in the garbage.

Posted this in some other threads but its relevant here:

Borrowed my Dad's lens to see what kind of fixed prime lens I want to get. I think the 85mm is good for portraits but its a bit too much for what I am looking at. Probably a 45mm-50mm would be perfect... Also shot with his camera so the focus was a bit different than what I was hoping for on some of the shots. Anyway, here are the decent ones:

Looks good. I know this is a very common thing I could easily find by searching but... What'd you use to reapply to the car?

Correct used heat and fishing line to get off then re-double sided taped them back on. I took the front bumper off to get the grill emblem off because it was easier than trying to get off from the back.

I think it's a lot easier to just take that whole plastic panel off and tape off the rest.

It depends if he has a crop body or full frame.

I agree that they're underexposed.

It's off of an 08-10 impreza. You have to heat mold them to make them perfect. Then I used seals from a Toyota to fill the void. Looks good IMO.

I couldn't take off the plastic siding because my mud guards are a pain to take off. But yes would be easier.
