I am not really sure, I know from all the pics I have seen of Whispbars they usually have a blue logo by the locking part where it says Whispbar. Mine are all white, I think they turned out very nice and I did't hear any extra noise on my commute to work this morning. That my change when I put my Thule peleton fork mounts on though.

Just going to feed the fire a bit...

If its not a blind corner and there is no one coming, is it really that bad to cross over a foot or so? I mean it's not like he is hugging the inside

Edit:

Here is mine... As stock as they come 8)

On a public road, you should always stay in your lane.

Try again. fogs can be added as an option or aftermarket. I have a base with fogs.

Thanks. But couldn't they be added?

Had Cobb SF Intake and MB Quart component speakers installed last night.

Crossover installed in door, replaced that white air box that was sitting on the door card.

Stock, son. I'm saving up for the Pioneer AVH-P8400BH.

It actually sounds REALLY good with the stock unit! I honestly think a set of quality speakers installed properly is okay for a while, a billion times better than stock. I paid $100 on eBay for a set of MB Quart with component, coaxials, tweeters and crossovers. My car sounds solid, not all rattly like before (since Day 1 of ownership).

I can't decide between that and the P4400. I'm leaning towards the 44 just because I can get started on a speaker setup for the price difference

I just installed the Alpine underseat amp and that was a HUGE...i mean HUGE difference for me. Stock radio was horrible, and couldn't hear anything under 20. Now its loud at 10 and has a full range of sound. And obviously improvements on CD and BT streaming, too. Highly recommended if you want to keep everything else stock.

I would say that going with an amp would be the best way also. But usually I run the kenwood excelon that has great sound quality along with built in front, rear, and sub crossovers. They are t to expensive and I would say they are the best for the money! But that's all I e ever owned because I've never had a problem with any of them. 2 screens, 3 single dins, and 1 regular double din

What is the model of the Alpine underseat amp that you installed? I don't even have my car yet, and I'm already making a huge parts list for it!! -- thanks.

I understand your concern... I drive this road often and that corner is not blind. All was clear...No worries.

dorqus27,

I installed the Alpine MXP F30, 4 Channel. A lot of people prefer the 5 channel so they have a underseat sub or rear sub, but I didn't need it. Look in the audio section, there's a thread dedicated to it.

I want the new one because the face plate is removable and the resolution is 800x600. Otherwise, yeah, I'd have one sooner for about 1/2 the price and 3/4 as much content and usability.

Yeah, nothing special besides the crossovers. It's quality stuff.

Higher resolution means I want it. The removable is nice too. My last car was broken into so its always in the back of my head. I actually use the anti theft map in the ap occasionally

I think I may be the minority here, but I actually think the stock system is pretty decent. It is a hell of a lot better than what I had in my old wrx too.

The stock system isn't that bad in the new wrx but comparing to better aftermarket spearkers and head units it sucks pretty bad. Anyways I'm done posting in here until my car gets here. That way I can post pics and not words haha
