I did some research and some people said "Its normal Subaru Gear Boxes are Noisy" but before I start going Hog wild with my Stage 2 parts for this Spring I wanted to get some opinions. The last thing I want is to start making more power and have the Transmission take a dive on me.

Video of said noise is attached.

Sounds normal to me. I bought my WRX 3 months ago and it made this noise from the beginning so I was pretty nervous. I had two Subaru techs ride a long with me and they both confirmed it was normal.

I think it's still holding. It makes 29-30psi to redline if I have it set for that. I guess I'll have to wait and see if that changes. I do like how the plastic tends to heat up a lot less than the metal manifolds.

I'm really digging these new 5 spokes from Enkei. Wish they came wider than 8 though. Price is right for quality and weight anyone know of something comparative that they've seen on the sedans to get an idea of how these might look?

Mine has 60k and decelerating in second has been incredibly noisy since I picked it up at 40k. It doesn't seem to be a problem, I've just gotten used to it. It certainly doesn't seem normal either but I've been stage two for probably the last 10k and nothing catastrophic has happened.

Light flywheel+mushy bushings in cross members=weird second gear deceleration noise. When you'll notice it most is decel on a slight decline, on an incline its not audible at all. It's gear mesh mixed with resonant harmonics. Thanks for trying hard on that 5 speed Subaru.

18x9.5 +35 with a 235-40-18. I think I'm going to go 245/40 tho, I rolled my rear fenders so I have the clearance now.

Here's a quick exhaust video:

It's a COBB catback with the 2.5" flange cut off and a flat 3" flange welded on.

Looks like Volks Racing TE37SL. I want them so bad but $3500 for a set of wheels is just too crazy. Thinking about the knock off Rota Grids (only 1/3 the price).

What do you mean?
I already have kartboy bushings, I've always thought shifting feels way too notchy though, especially when compared to other stock WRX/STis.

Thanks. I wish they were Volks / but this is my daily, and my money is going towards other projects at the moment. Maybe in a year tho.

Varrstoens TE37 Reps / 9.5 wide ET22. Running 245/40/18 tires currently. Plan on running a 265 once i wear these out.

heres a few more pics.
