But, but, plastidip is easy to paint small parts with and it comes off easily if you screw up........

Do you prefer long strand or jasmine?
that is not the same thing, those are brake from an STI, they say STI on them in stock form...sti brakes have the right to say STI on them

as far as plastidip being rice...idk its boredline, its much more effective than rattle can painting trim pieces. It is a big ghetto but it doesn't destroy you car in the way that other ghetto mods tend to do, it actually protects your paint and it looks pretty oem when done right since it doesn't run like spray paint. but it is certainly a cheap way out of using real paint and it can bubble up or rip

ben doesn't have sti brakes, wheels or interior. His tranny is from a LGT Spec B. He has a heavily modded, very fast WRX it really has nothing to do with what the STI model is.

lol so you are comparing sti brembo brakes to trim pieces that you swapped just because they say STI?

lol plastidip doesn't bond to paint, if you rip paint off with it you are doing something very wrong...

His tranny is from a 2011 sti. with the spec B 5th and 6th, actually. And it was a joke towards his hood being swapped for an impreza hood.

I really don't understand how the amount of money you have spent on your car is related to your right to have an opinion about something. Its like saying you can't dislike how a Ferrari looks just because you can't afford it. Telling someone they can't have an opinion because their car has too few mods is e-thugging.

either way he isn't trying to turn his WRX into an STI, he is trying to make a sleeper WRX.

Correct, it's a 2011 STI tranny. The 5th and 6th have the same ratios as the USDM Spec B.

Someday I really hope my car can be as good as an STI. I'm slowly getting closer.

I think his point is that I talk too much **** about other people's cars, where in reality 99% of my insults are pointed towards my own.

Get an airbag and center caps. You'll be set then.

If you get the DAMD/Prova one, it's a 8 min process at MOST. If you get the GT-Spec one...it may require an alignment since some of them are off-center by a spline. If you're willing to drive to NYC I can install it for you if you buy me an Oreo McFlurry. That's been my labor rate for dozens of members who asked for help installing stuff
TL;DR: easier than changing center caps.
