Do I spy a Xluben flip key behind those badges? I really wanna send him mine to get it done, I'm just nervous about programming it is all. Local hardware store can cut the key for $15 no prob, but I'm nervous if it doesn't program.

^ you guys both used your valet key and not a regular? I would rather use a regular incase I wanna lock my glove box if I go out somewhere. I really like the whole function of it but like I said I'm nervous for the programming, or if my dealer would even do it.

If you're getting the blank blade cut, then just use one of the regular keys as the template. If you're modifying a blade, you can just use a regular key. The programming is quite easy.

This, I sent Ben the transponder from valet but had the key cut to a regular one so I can open/lock glovebox.

And your dealer should do it, you could just call and ask. Worst comes to worse just program yourself and save the money, even if it takes an hour or two n

thanks for that. I'll keep it in mind.

Is it just me or does that fender look more wrinkled than a button up shirt after a night in Vegas????

Picture didn't work, just look at post #19374.

I got one from him and had no trouble following the instructions. Everything worked perfectly. One of my favorite additions.

Can you clarify on this? Transponder is what's in the rubber casing in the key correct? Or is the transponder what is in the fob for lock/ unlock? And what do you mean you had your key cut to a regular one? You mean you had it matched to a regular key rather than cut matched to the valet?

yanpeizhi why do two of those STi's have side mirrors without side markers/blinkers? It's a silly question but I found it kind of weird. Also what are the white rims? I know the others are work 11r and work cr-kai.

lol at the rubber front lip haha

Could be special editions. In 2010 you could get the sti in a special edition without moon roof and no turn signals in mirrors and in aspen white. Or they could be fake stis hahaha.

Good question. It looks like they both have Brembo's though. Obviously it is possible they are WRX's with Brembo's..

Edit: Nevermind.

Had a good Sunday. New front lip, been wanting to do this for a while, I feel it really completes the front end. Fitted the stockers with Ichiba 25mm spacers and adjusted ride height a little.
We just moved, the STI is enjoying a nice clean 2 bay garage.

Mmmm.. nice and flush. Pretty happy with the front height, may drop the rear a tad more.

Quick cellphone photoshoot on a beautiful day.

Thought these turned out pretty good for literally parking quickly snapping a few shots at each angle, and not touching them in photoshop. I really need to get a cheap DSLR and start learning haha.

A couple more showing the new fitment.

Favorite one

Comments and criticisms welcome.

Thanks! Its the CS style from this group buy. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2446826

I wanted the cheapest CS style since it's just going to get beat to **** anyway. I love it though.

And yeah this really made me love the stock BBS wheels. Also liked swapping the STI center caps for the BBS. It may pain some people but they are about to become the winter beaters. I have some wide goodies coming in.

Are your fenders rolled? I'm running 20mm spacers and I rub so I know you'd have to be also!
