Default New subaru owner PLEASE HELP ASAP

OK here is the deal. I'm a chevy/honda mechanic and Ive looked into Subaru a lot because i really like the Boxer engine design. Well last weekend my uncle calls me and says i have a car ill give you to scrap its a POS and its completely disassembled. Well it happens to be a fairly clean 98 Subaru Impreza outback with all the suspension including rear cross member and trailing arms brand new in boxes just needs to be assembled.....

The front suspension is completed that was easy but now
I need alot of help with the rear end. We have been looking at pictures and diagrams and we are about to put the rear cross members. I saw a picture of the rear cross member, diff, trailing arms, and all assembled on the ground. Would it be easier to assemble it all and then put in on the car?

This might be better answered in one of the Technical forums. I doubt many who know the answer to your question will look in here.
