Default Jack wall mount?

I'm looking for a simple, inexpensive solution to hang my jack on a wall mount. I have found a few options, but I seem to recall seeing one a while ago someplace that was to my liking. I think it was just a simple plate with a curved section at the top to hang to long single front jack wheel on. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and where to find it please let me know.

OK, I think I found what I was looking for. Found it on the Mustang Monthly site, but I can visit the site for the rack, blocked at work for some reason.

I'm pretty sure it's not thejackrack.net - Or we both have a DNS issue with that site (I use openDNS.).

Is this something like what you're after:
OTC 552650 Wall Mount for OTC Racing Jacks : Amazon.com : AutomotiveOTC 552650 Wall Mount for OTC Racing Jacks : Amazon.com : Automotive

FYI my stores sell some OTC parts. Some.

Nope, the site no longer works. I think they just don't make The Jack Rack any more. I was hoping it was cheaper, but the OTC rack looks nice too. The only other option I saw was an aluminum pouch that you can put the jack it. I'm just trying to clear the floor as much as possible, but not sure it's worthing spending $100 just to wall mount the jack.

So, I guess I don't have to PM Abnormal?

!

Yeah, I see the aluminum pocket... Kind of lame.

I wonder if you could just get a shop to bend a thicker piece of metal to emulate that OTC piece without spending ~$100

Glad I saw this thread though, think I've got an idea as for how to hard mount my jack in the Forester without making a big hole in the carpet

These suckers hold a lot of weight believe it or not. Slap them right into a stud and I think they will have no problem holding an aluminum jack. A steel jack will probably make them sag and you would want a sloped support in between the far end and the wall.

I've been looking for a reason to buy a welder now that I have a garage. Maybe I'll try to make my own. I figure a short piece of 3" diameter thick wall pipe cut in half and a heavy plate would be perfect.

Also planning to build a tire rack and some ceiling storage shelves.

I picked up one of the Habor Freight 44" roller tool chests. I have to say it's really nice, I can't see spending more on anything else for a home garage.
