Default Sat in a BRZ tonight :)

At the DC auto show, talked the guy into opening it up and letting down the rope. It was the 'premium' version, but it was an auto.

Seats were awesome!! I'm 5'10" and 160, and the seat hugged me exactly how I like it. I can't see how most bigger americans are going to fit in this car...

Anyway, in a few months when you can buy it this post will be lame, but I still thought I'd share my excitement.

Too bad it wasn't a Manual. That way i could ask how the pedal placement is. Also...since this is Technically a 4 seater...how did the seats look in the back? and how were the interior surfaces? Was it full of hard plastics or was there some faux leather ?

Believe me i know how you feel...i was excited to sit in a Rally America car that they had at a local dealership one night...it was one of the most exciting times of my life ....well once i got in lol

Glad to hear good things about the seating. Hopefully, they will nicely fit my 6'0" frame with 165 - 170 lbs on it. I am considering the BRZ as a potential replacement for my 1992 Dodge Stealth R/T TT.

This is good to hear. I'm considering the BRZ over a new WRX/STI. I'm not sure which one I'll get just yet but it's nice to hear that the seats are good. That's the one thing that I've always hated about the WRX/STI.

We had a BRZ Limited 6MT at our dealership yesterday, I agree the seats are awesome, IMHO the best seats Subaru has put in a car...ever. The pedals are also placed perfectly for proper heel-toe. Interior was similar to current STI interior as far as materials and feel. The rear seats are tiny...and look more like small upholstered cargo trays than seats...I'm 5'10" and no one will fit in the seat behind me unless they have no legs...

I actually had the driver's seat bolsters padded by a local upholsterer to narrow the seat to fit me better.

I also sat in a BRZ last night. It was a premium and to be honest was one of the most unique feeling cars I've ever sat in. There was something about how everything was put together that just made sitting in the thing feel amazing. I can't wait to see how it drives.

The one thing I noticed is that when I get mine, I will definitely be replacing the spoiler. I think it looks much better without the one that comes on the Limited.

Exactly how I feel any time I sit in a Porsche 911.

Yeah, I'm surprised just how good it looks without the spoiler myself. Shows how beautifully designed the car is. I'm wondering if there'll be a spoiler delete option for the limited.

Sadly, no delete option. You get 2 flavors and a choice of accessories but thats all.

That's okay, everyone has their own taste so I'll sell it and use the money towards the APR that will be going on.
