Default oil temperature sender leak

I have an oil leak i made a thread on here trying to get some help with diagnostics. I am pretty sure that my "oil temp plug" is what is leaking. (right on top of block under intercooler and turbo) my question is, how can i fix this. It looks like a very difficult to reach place and i already am lacking in the mechanical area. i'm also just wondering if anyone has ever seen oil coming out of this area?
