Default FPR/RRFPR question

As it stands right now I have a AEM 320>stock FPR>Y Block>Fuel rails
(Fuel Rails run in parallel, no return) At idle it reads around 60psi. Wich is way to high, will I need to go to an aftermarket FPR to bring that down or will the RRFPR do that aswell? does it just add fuel when needed or does it also restrict like a normal FPR would when needed
