Default JDM v4 front bumper
Final Price drop...$200 picked up

I have a v4 front bumper with fog covers, and fog cover brackets. The tabs were all broken and I repaired them with wire mesh and a plastic welder following
and they hold up fine with no issues. Looking to get $200 and can meet 1 hour away from Williamsport, pa 17701 and pottsville, pa 17901 (for those of you in NY, NJ, and MD). Would rather not ship.
