Default 2011 wrx stage 1 acn91 data log assist - overboosting?

Hello,

I recently purchased an AP for my 2011 wrx hatch in los angeles california.

it is stock except for the Cobb quad tip exhaust, and is currently running the Stage1 ACN91 Octane map

I have attached a Data-log for a 3rd gear pull and as i have a limited experience i would love your professional opinion as to weather i need to adjust anything as it looks like i am hitting 15.36psi around 4500rpm.

I am wondering if i should move to the LWG map to keep boost lower or if i am within normal levels.

thank you.

I'm an amateur at reading these things myself, but I believe you're alright. You're not overboosting. Your TD Boost error is 10.5 papering to 0. This is due just to you going WOT at 2.5krpm and your car building the necessary boost.

Target Boost - Boost = TD Boost Error.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

are you getting a cel? an over boost issue will cause a po244 wastegate code to come up. if not i think you are overly paranoid. im pushing 22 psi through my vf52 at stage 3. ive only oveboosted 2 times. my tuner adjusted the wastegate duty cycles. it has not happened again.

TD boost error = Target Boost +14.7psi minus barometric pressure subtracted from actual boost.

So if you were to log the boost target and barometric pressure and do this math that would equate to your TD Error that is in your log.

Your TD error looks fine, your not seeing any knock so your good.

The boost target for the Stage 1 ACN map is 14.5 psi +/- about 1 psi. You are within this range and everything else in the log looks really good! You could try the LWG is you want to take the boost down a bit, but i don't see any need on your car to do that.
