Minor fine knock but seems to go away when you hit 100% throttle...

Boost is barely 16(not sure what it is suppose to be) if it helps try switching between the high WGDC and low WGDC maps to see if boost comes up to Target.

Keep an eye on that fine knock and log some part throttle stuff and regular cruising to see if it is happening all the time(the way I see it any knock is bad knock)

the knock is weird and im not sure about why its there at partial barely any throttle and not present at all during a WOT pull. I think target boost is 18ish but im not wanting to switch to the HWG unless maybe someone could explain if i should be worried about this partial knock. Seems to be happen randomly in 3rd and 4th gear on low rpms(watched ap for about a 1/2hour drive). Anyone else?

Could be a loose part or just something like that causing it... Fine knock can be anything from a bad tune to phantom knock(guessing that's what yours is) You say randum so in assuming it is off and on and not continuous? See if you can fine exactly when it happen like certain load, rpm, throttle, etc and if you can more than likely phantom knock or a loose bolt/bracket

ill check out the engine bay to see if i can find anything loose. The only common thing is its always at lower rpms.

some more logs...... Just changed to the HWG stage 2+sf and did some drives. Didnt really have space for a 3rd gear pull on this stretch of road since it wasnt level but that shouldnt matter for the partial throttle issues. Anyways, looks like for whatever reason my issues are gone!

The fine knock learning in the first set of logs is just low load noise - which is normal. As hutch959 stated, you want to get a 4th gear WOT run (if you can do so safely) on the new HWG map.

i got a 3rg gear pull but only to 5k. 4th gear pulls for me on the 5 speed just take me a little faster than i want to go.

Sorry - for some reason I thought this was an STi. You definitely want to do 3rd gear WOT run for 5-spd tranny. Log looks fine, but when you can do so safely, try to get a longer run.

It is false knock from the transmission which Cobb has stated but if u experience fine knock or feed back knock at wot then I would be concern

the knock is solved now and i see im now hitting boost targets. I saw the boost error was 2+ on the standard. This HWG map has been alot better.
