awesome looking engine...I wish I had the money to put sleeves in my new block..but Im also going Manley pistons and rods,
Why stick with the standard bore size on the pistons if you are going with pinned sleeves? I would think overboring them to 100mm atleast might not be a bad idea since that setup so tough it wouldnt miss the .5 mm. Or does the extra size throw off the bore/stroke? I guess this gives you future cutting room if you have something go wrong and cylinder walls are damaged.

What fuel are you planning to run on the 6266PTE? How much boost are you planning to run? What A/R is the exhaust housing?

What crank are you using in this build, and how was it balanced?

What type of bearings did you use?

Did you also pin the mains, like Jrs bottom-end?

Thanks in advance for ur response!! again awesome setup!

Thanks Man. The bore is stock for future rebuilds.

the crank is factory original to the car. Tony@Turbo Trix balanced it so idk.

Turbo 6266 cea thanks to Junior2jz for the hook up on that. A/r 1.06 I think at this point I dont care lol I just wanna drive the car.

It's Been three years to long between saving what money I could and spending it on parts.

Yes The mains are also pinned I'm more excited then when I bought the car in 05. Lol

you better have Jr. lean that out a bit or you are going to wash done the cylinders and the rings will not seat properly and then you will have excessive blowby.

Yea it's been taken care of that was just the initial start up. engine wasn't warmed up yet got a oil leak small on the avcs line. Once I fix that I'll check the afr again.

Just wanted to comment the car's tuned and Jr thanks for the awesome tune. I'll have a video soon of some driving.

And start up witch Jr did an amazing job doing. With the cobb speed density and pump gas id2000 stock fuel pressure it starts up first crank. And idle's at a nice 13.6-14 afr.

Soon I will be re tuning the car.
