Default WTB the arashi turbochargers?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Arashi-3-Cov...item4162018226
Im thinking that turbo for my ej20 99 wrx. They send free fuel pump with turbo. And free shipping all the world. And the price only 860$, also it's td06H-20g..
Anyone used one of that mark? I searched same of tunning forums. And i saw, the arashi dealers spamming fake pozitive comments at forums..

Thats a pretty generalized statement since vendors consistantly sell genuine Blouch,Forced Performance,Garret,Mitsubishi and other turbos on da Ebay. Not to mention the Kingawa ones that uses Kamak parts everyone was claiming "cheap chinese crap" are actually pretty damn good. As far as I know the Arashi ones are using Kamak parts as well.

Yep. I also don't drive through Cabrini Green when I visit Chicago or Watts when I'm in LA or pretty much any hoodrat neighborhood. I can't see the good from the bad in predominately bad neighborhoods. Apparently you and others are fine with driving through shady parts of town at night. Have fun with that.

You need to get out more and stop posting lame remarks in this lame forum.
Everybody who is anybody knows that you find the best BBQ in a "hoodrat" neighborhood. And the fried hoodrat, its delish!!! Way better than any of your paisly tied, swanky shoe wearing, yuppy azz lovin peeps could ever cook up. Them raw fish eggs kinda give you the taste of sour cat **** in your mouth. Guess you aquired that taste quite well huh?

Ebay is hit and miss.. I know several people that have bought turbos off ebay. And honestly I can only think of one guy that his turbo actually last longer than a year. That is if its a knockoff turbo. If its a legite turbo then yea its ok. But i hear horror stories of 1-3 months on knock off turbos on ebay but this is mostly from Honda guys

There was a some progress about researching arashi turbocharges. First one, Arashi turbocharges doesn't made by KAMAK DYN. I was mailed KAMAK DYN and I sent pm to 8 arashi turbo buyer ebay user.

Only 2 of them replied.

FIRST ONE He said (shortly) "im glad with that turbo, no complain, boost comes at 6000rpm. " But his ej20: 272 cams, ecu and forged parts..

SECOND ONE im copied the answer, " Hello there Eren:
I purchased the turbo a while back, I have not installed it yet cause I'm building a new engine and it is taking longer than I expected. However I have a friend that purchased one for a Evo 9 and he hasn't have any issues with the turbo. He is boosting around 22 psi on it and it is working properly so far.
It probably has 5K miles on it since doesn't use that car that often, but when he does most of the time it is run at 22 psi or higher. "

I think, that thread became very helpfull about future arashi turbo researchers.. Im going to update only that message for news. Thank you.

It is tough trying to pick the good guys from the bad. You can't give up though. I wonder? Is it harder to find the good in the bad areas or the bad in the good areas? Anyway good luck with the turbo.

Arashi didn't made by us, we had tried to find whom spread rumors and keep all our rights.BTW, kamak dynamics is a Taiwan company not China, we try our best to serve our customers. we had a service center at CA USA.
