Question 06 wrx airbag light not showing on or off

Ever since owning the car it has never worked and now I am trying to fix it but don't know how to go about doing so. Anyone else have this problem or a fix for it?

So you don't see it even when first starting the car? Chances are there are problems with the airbag system and a previous owner disabled the light rather than repair it. Do you know if it was ever in an accident?
It's unlikely the light itself is burned out as it's an LED.
You can have a dealer scan the airbag module for codes and go from there. Unfortunately without the light working you can't use the DIY procedure for code reading which flashes the light. Be prepared for potentially expensive repairs if anything is found.

The "airbag" light is on but the on off lights don't turn on. Yes it was in an accident before I owned it. I didn't know whether there was a fuse blown, or something else.
