Default 2nd gen wtf moment

oh so i got these cool little foglights on my car...and no switch!?
what gives =[ i wouldnt assume in the only one but havnt found anything on this..



what gives?

They were almost assuredly installed by someone after purchase for looks, not wanting to look into how to wire them.

My 01 Outback has the full leather interior, which it shouldn't, and only one of the heated seats work, so you never know what previous owners are thinking...

not that im aware of. im assuming a previous owner just added them and left it from there...but was thinking maybe i was crazy for assuming that they wouldnt fully install them..because it would be SO COOL if they worked =| lol

I have the JDM sidemarkers, which include lights. I've never even really considered wiring them, but they're far less useful than foglights.

My clean-titled '98 Ram 2500 2wd doesn't have a body panel on it that was ever painted white, and the instrument cluster reads in MPH, and the cab has the shift linkage for the 4wd transfer case bolted to it, and it has the EPA sticker on the core support from a 1996 gas truck, and the bed used to be red, and the engine conforms to MY1997 EPA requirements.....
