Default one step colder

would it make any difference to use the one step colder NGK plugs? I have an 04 wrx with 3 inch turbo back(catless)spt intake,Crawford pro tune. Almost founf the answer in old forums, but not to clear. Any advise??

No it won't until you start making more power, ~100hp more than stock. Search for the spark plug FAQ, it's around here somewhere.
