APM LE Edeition Quad Tip

Dual Muffler Option
4 Inch Tip Size Option
Straight Cut Tip Option
Polished Option

There will also be a version where the unit will NOT protrude past the bumper created soon as per a clients request. Making it look more OEM (can't look OEM with those tips though haha) but we'll still make it a bit different as to not intrude onto a another companies design.

More pictures of the rear coming up today. The pics will be a bit further back with the vehicle on the ground. We'll also make a sound clip of the LE version for reference of what one muffler taken out will make towards noise and sound type when compared to the QE.

Avant Garde Wheels all prepped and ready for install! Bridgestone Tires wrapping them up for grip!

Mr. Mannings vehicle received some TLC as well. JB Stage 1 Tune, Spacers and getting prepped for the next venture of a Down Pipe, Caliper Coating and Chrome Delete! Marriage can push some plans back but we're taking steps!

Getting the wheels hooked up and prepped for the ladies on the left with those clean and aggressive Avant Garde Wheels.

The sport package on the 550 makes the car sit nicely. All we need is to finish it off with some 15mm rear and 12mm front spacers.

APM will be providing sponsorship and taking part in the LLS walk of Rockford. Recently a family member was diagnosed and is being treated for Leukimia. After having dealt with a family member battling cancer for 7 years and seeing what my mother went through on a daily basis to survive and beat it (more specific type of cancer but the efforts were still there) I wish there was something I could have done back then. Now is a chance for me to go forward and help repay the research and treatment that save my own mother.

We've decided to take part in a foundation and program that ACTUALLY helps the cause. From new and breakthrough technology to the most extensive research funding and donations out of any other network.

What we are doing is helping to sponsor a team "that we are participating in" and donating on behalf of APM and everyone else who participates. Everyone who participates, whether it is a 1.00 or a 1000.00 your name goes onto the T-shirt showing that you too came out with us in heart and in spirit to support and help the LLS foundation. Heck, YOU CAN JOIN the team as well!!!

For donations we will be offering a spot on the T-shirts (with whatever information you'd like on it), a discount towards your next service appointment giving you 20% off ANY labor, and we will match 50% of all proceeds that will go to help sponsor the team!

If anyone can help out then please message us or email us and we will work out a way to get your donation on the boards. If you want to stay anonymous then please retain that in your message or email. We will take all proceeds as well as the 50% addition that we will put on top and donate it under the team and hopefully be the highest donating team!

"The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk funds treatments that are saving the lives of patients today. LLS is making cures happen by providing patient support services, advocacy for lifesaving treatments and the most promising cancer research anywhere. And it's all happening now. Not someday, today.

Friends, families and co-workers form fundraising teams, and millions of consumers help by donating at retail outlets. These efforts culminate in inspirational, memorable evening Walks in nearly two hundred communities each fall across North America.

The funds raised by Light The Night participants will help save lives. Join us!

Light The Night participants raise an average of $220 to support the fight against cancer. Be a Champion For Cures by raising $100 or more OR raise $1,000 or more to become a member of our Bright Lights Club.

Funds raised by teams and individual walkers provide:

- Lifesaving cancer research
- Financial assistance to cover patient expenses for transportation, medication and testing
- Free educational materials and events
- Programs such as the Patti Robinson Kaufmann First Connection program and Family Support Groups
- Advocacy for better treatments and healthcare reform
- Comprehensive, personalized assistance through our Information Resource Center.
- Light The Night Walk events are evenings filled with inspiration. - - During this leisurely walk, Champions For Cures carry illuminated balloons - white for survivors, red for supporters and gold in memory of loved ones lost to cancer. Thousands of walkers-men, women and children - form a community of caring, and bring light to the dark world of cancer.

We are Taking Steps To Cure Cancer! Join us!"

For any donations please feel free to give us a call or message us (on here or on FB)

This is a new stride for APM this year, numerous products being performed from Exhaust Systems to FMIC units, New Block Program, Head Program and the soon to be released APM Turbo Kit for the Subaru STI.

Our custom exhaust fabrication has been in the works for a while and we've always had great success with it. The issue was, we've never really had a basis for the program, a foundation per say. The point is to offer up a system that is not only elegant but optional. You can change almost the entire system to your liking. Numerous question will be answered right here and now, from options to materials and of course, why this option is one of the best you can choose for an exhaust system.

It's actually unlike what is considered "usual" or what others have really done before. It's Aluminum, using different options than anyone else and having an exhaust system that is unlike others is why we've made it. Creating something affordable while retaining options for the clients are where our production program views lay.

The options that I'll list simply go to show that the variances and options will be an accommodation for anyone.

APM "Quiet Edition" Quad Tip Exhaust System

Full Aluminum Design
  • Optional Mufflers
    • Straight Pipe "OFFROAD" (No Mufflers)
    • Single "NSFW" (Mid-Pipe mounted)
    • Twin "LE" (Mounted in outlet)
    • Triple "QE" (Mid-pipe and Outlet)
  • Tip Options
    • 3 Inch Tips
    • 3.5 Inch Tips (Pictured)
    • 4 Inch Tips
  • Another Tip Variation is the cut
    • Straight Offset
    • Angle Offset
    • Contour Offset (Pictured)
  • Options of Finish
    • Polished (pictured)
    • Coated in pretty much any color known to a powder-coater operators booth

Thanks for looking!

Videos being posted shortly.

This exhaust unit is light, VERY light! And since we've been able to work with the materials before we've had the opportunity to get very personal with it. Being able to utilize it in a numerous amount of motorsports that we've had the pleasure to be a part is what really pushed us to create a production model exhaust system. We've used full Aluminum exhaust systems for Street, Track and Rally use without having any failures or problems with it. So this unit, along with the current orders were filling will be our GR+ chassis code focus. However, if you are looking for something a bit different, I'm confident we'll be able to help you out in that regard as well.

Prices are as follows....

Each unit will come standard as a 3 inch tip straight cut with protrusion. The options will base the difference in prices.

Full Aluminum Design
  • Optional Mufflers
    • Straight Pipe "OFFROAD" (No Mufflers)
    • Single "NSFW" (Mid-Pipe mounted)
    • Twin "LE" (Mounted in outlet)
    • Triple "QE" (Mid-pipe and Outlet)
  • Tip Options
    • 3 Inch Tips (standard)
    • 3.5 Inch Tips (Pictured) +20.00
    • 4 Inch Tips + 25.00
  • Another Tip Variation is the cut
    • Straight Offset (standard)
    • Angle Offset + 20.00
    • Contour Offset (no protrusion optional +10.00) (Pictured) + 20.00
  • Options of Finish
    • Polished (pictured) Standard
    • Coated in pretty much any color known to a powder-coater operators booth (varying price per color and optional hard anodized coming up)

Example of the APM "QE" with all three mufflers, 4 inch tips that are angle or countoured tips
- 3 mufflers = 1199.99
- 4 Inch Tips = 25.00
- Angle or Contoured Cut = 20.00
- Polished = FREE
***TOTAL*** = 1244.99

Example of the APM "LE" with all three mufflers, 4 inch tips that are angle or countoured tips
- 2 mufflers = 1124.99
- 4 Inch Tips = 25.00
- Angle or Contoured Cut = 20.00
- Polished = FREE
***TOTAL*** = 1169.99

Example of the APM "NSFW" with all three mufflers, 4 inch tips that are angle or countoured tips
- 1 mufflers = 1054.99
- 4 Inch Tips = 25.00
- Angle or Contoured Cut = 20.00
- Polished = FREE
***TOTAL*** = 1099.99

Example of the APM "OFF ROAD" with all three mufflers, 4 inch tips that are angle or countoured tips
- 1 mufflers = 984.99
- 4 Inch Tips = 25.00
- Angle or Contoured Cut = 20.00
- Polished = FREE
***TOTAL*** = 993.99

These options with the Twin Muffler unit is 70.00 cheaper, the single muffler will be another 70.00 cheaper and the no muffler version will be an extra 70.00 cheaper from that. Like we said, everything can be tailored to your needs and specifications.

Imitation is the highest form of flattery That's why we can't be like everyone else!

Everyone who's getting ready for ANY sort of racing or track days or heavy abuse on the vehicles PLEASE make sure that you do all the proper scheduled and preventative maint. that you can. If you can't afford to do so then refrain from performing is such conditions as you'll end up paying much more for the "mistake" of not having a proper car.

Scheduled maint. being performed at or BEFORE it's cycle is also something that should be looked into prior to heading out onto the track. 30/60/90K services are items that if required to be performed, hold back till the next event so you can get them taken care of.

Preventative maint...that's a fun one. Not only does it encompass utilizing items to help you prevent failures of such parts, but choosing the right equipment and manufacturers will also be a deciding factor.

Racing brake pads and rotors, you don't need to drive with these on the streets so swap them out (or have your prep facility perform this) when your ready for the event and when your done, simply swap them back.

Fluids are a big thing, equipping yourself with the proper specifications for brake fluids, engine oils and drivetrain fluid will also help from having excessive wear. The brake fluid and engine oils are items that, before and after track events, can be replaced (depending on what type of engine oil and if you boil the fluid over). The drivetrain fluids have a longer life for abuse and on average with street driving you can get up to 10-15K with it.

Constantly inspecting for boost leaks is a must, with the abuse your putting the car through, unless you have a slew of silicone under the hood (and no, this isn't LA) then you can have premature failures of inlets, vacuum hoses, couplers and gaskets.

Lastly for the inspections is suspension, drivetrain and engine functions. Torsion test on bushings are very simple ways of seeing if you require replacement of those bushings. Drivetrain is a bit harder as everything outside of the hubs and axle's is encased. However, a stethoscope to the bearings can help indicate if you are wearing them out and if a failure may occur sooner than later. The axle units are once again a bit harder but if there is excessive whipping you know it's time to go and same goes for a driveshaft. Engine functions are pretty simple, compression, leak down and mapping. No shop is going to go into another tuners maps without compensation for tuning so that one is sort of out of the equation, plus, they should be tailored to the car so the tunes should be equipped for a specific duty. The rest of it fairly self explanatory, while your there might as well change the plugs out and BAM.

All of these items and services are fairly inexpensive, you can get out of a shop for around 100 with an inspection and pressure test. Throw in some plugs, compression and leak down and your right around 200.00.

If you don't equip yourself properly you can end up like a couple new clients we have. I'm making them examples for a reason. A local facility allowed them to perform on the track, supposedly doing inspections and modding the vehicle further for more power without paying attention to the little things.

If your heading out there for 15-20 minutes of consistent abuse, then please speak with your tuner to give you a proper map for that as well, it's not about power but delivery and reliability. You don't squeeze out every last drop, 20-30% being left on the table will be enough for you to drive the car there, have a lot of fun and drive it back and as you get more comfortable with what the car does, you'll understand what you may need to be successful while retaining the cars lifespan.

It's a simple equation that Jorge Carrilo had burned into me, which we all know about it but rarely take it into huge consideration...pick two, power, reliabilty, expense.

Power and Reliabilty = Large amount of money
Power and Cheap = might be walking home from the track
Relaible and Cheap = go buy a Honda

To all the fellow racers, may the car god give you grace this season and hopefully we all come back with our cars in one piece!

APM 09+ WRX FMIC UNIT

Introducing the APM 09+ WRX FMIC.

AVO Throttle Body hose will be included in the kit!

The real deal here folks. AN FMIC that is rated up to 600hp. utilizes all OEM equipment (i.e. no coolant tanks or funky looking brackets) and requires minimal cutting with NO modifications to the hood or any body accessories.

Only items not pictured are the bumper beam (pictured later) and the VF52 Turbo Outlet Adapter.

Chrom-moly bumper beam, this ensures that you IF you do get into a fender bender not only is your warranty and insurance retained because you are legal but you will lessen any chance of damaging frame or core support components.

As you see, no modifications to any other components except the wheel well liners and front bumper are required. All components will for the FMIC kit will be supplied. Bumper modifications will be required as this is not a small item, nor a small order for those who seek to equip themselves with power producing potential.

Quality is the biggest factory next to fitment so we use 4 ply reinforced connectors, heavy duty worm clamps, 1.5 inch thick aluminum tubing so that the penetrations of the welds can be the best along with utilizing 6061 aluminum. Clearing every OEM component was a must, we created the fitment to work with an OEM vehicle.

Created to fit with aftermarket intakes that follow the basic CAI tract.

Yeah, I know I know...we've been looking for over a year solid. I jumped on to loopnet which is all commercial stuff and it's literally the same crap as last year. Now I'm getting a bit worried as we REALLY need to find something. If we were in the middle of nowhere there are dozens of places, but they are simply too far away.

I think you understand what's going on here, feel free to ask questions.

There are dowels installed into the main sleeves, as you see, this creates an effect where the block cannot distort at the mains which causes the case halves to flex.

The mains also receive two more modifications that we of course will keep to ourselves but it minimizes the flex at the center of the mains where the twisting effects happen and ensure that the halves line up pristine.

Seasoned blocks ARE NOT A BAD THING!

They are warped, distorted, flexed and all but the point to using a seasoned block is that it's settled. Every item that comes in for ANY services requiring builds will IMMEDIATELY be magnafluxed and dye tested. This is simply to ensure the crankshaft and case halves are in proper working order and will be commissioned for racing use. Recycling is NOT a bad thing, remember that the process of stability will allow the block to return to spec, but if it's beyond repair then the most costs that have been incurred are 60.00 for the testing.

Once the tolerances are met, cases stretched, heat cycled and finished, we torque the cases empty to 62 (not per ARP spec) foot pounds, especially when every other block will require a line hone due to the front bearing going out of round nearly 2 thousandths.

Here we have some sleeves....more boost, Retention rings, heat cycles, tighter deck quenches, more boost, less possibility for movement, more boost, head stud relief modified for torsion, more boost, micro polished jackets and galleys and of course...more boost!

Here they stand, as you can see, the top of the liner is adding almost 2 mm of thickness which allows the liner to be installed with quench onto the factory sleeve.

This quench also allows for a tighter deck so that less force is transferred into the factory sleeves and retained through the liner. The liners cup also has a "stay" ring which allows the liner to stay put but very precise machining must be performed for this to work properly.

Main machining process is complete, modifying the base of the factory sleeves and finishing off the deck are all that is left!

Nearly there, as you seem after it's blasted, ported and decked, there are some differences in these units...but like the first series of pics show, it's all about the base, the foundation...that's where you get the benefits of properly machining the block even on factory sleeves.

We all know that sleeves are said to be gremlins...Darton Sleeves, they require the most precise machining equipment in the world for proper installation of there sleeves, even Darton would tell you that the 800K+ machines are the only one's certified for Darton installs as that's what they use.

We needed an alternative, a solution to what everyone was complaining about...get Sleeves installed and they fail, drop or move...send it to Darton to get done and the costs are incredible.

So this is it, the APM Block, Pinned, Mained, Sleeved and all the glory you need for whatever you want to throw at it. Pair it up with a set of APM Manley TT Rods w/ custom bolts and APM Spec Wiseco Pistons, King Bearings and ARP Hardware to complete the power producing monster you want.

The camera resets whenever the battery is changed...what's worse is that the camera was made in 2009-2010 and I have no clue on how to change it.
