Default Issue With Injectors and Robb tune(possible) Help a GC8 out

I bought a Robb Tuned ECU, Grimspeed controller, and the yellow side feed injecotrs for the robb 550 tune.

Upon installing them and turning the car over, the car cranked normally for a half second, then made a sound like the starter locked up and nothing happened. i pulled the spark plugs and fuel PISSED out of only one of the cylinders.

So thinking it was just one injector i went and purchased another set(flow tested etc.) (notice the rubber piece on the top of the injector was slightly different, but still a yellow side feed).

I installed these and dropped the oil(to find plenty of fuel mixed in) put it back together just to have the issue repeat itself and now one PISSED out fuel again, and one slightly leaked more fuel then the others.

Help Me out guys, this was supposed to be a simple exchange

you have a 93 WRX, unless you are running the adapters 550 yellow injectors will not work. they do not just drop in. you have to run a fuel injector adapter. such as these ones. http://www.carldavey.co.uk/product.php?id=2

what happeded is you turned over your engine and hydrolocked it. just pull all the plugs and slowly crank it over by hand and you will get the fuel out. then disable your fuel pump and crank it over a few times. this will get the rest of the fuel out.

hahaha suberdave nailed it.
you can't just drop in 550's you need the carldavey adapters to make them work on the EJ20G.

Yep you need EJ25D rails, they are cheaper than the adapters.

If you have the rails or adapters already, you might have a torn o ring.
