Default AP V1 Stage 1 oil change before?

Hi, I'm looking to go stage 1 via aP v1 on a 2006 92x aero AT(same as 06 WRX if you're not already aware).

I'm due for an oil change, I was thinking going synthetic. Should i do the oil change before or after going stage 1? If i'm going Synthetic should I wait?

Just picked up the AP yesterday, and I'm excited to go stage 1, dont have the $ right this second for an oil change(dead broke until midnight tonight, ha). I'm just wondering what the right move is. I want to do as safe a flash as possible.

Also anyone know where i can dload the AP v1 manual? it's not on the cobb site anymore:<

You can still get the user guide on the bottom of this Support page. Changing your oil before or after won't big a big difference on performance, just so long as you keep up with it regularly.
