Default need help identifying dash relays\plugs

The wiring in my car (02 wrx) was a mess under the dash and i have been re-doing it, but i need help identifying a couple plugs and missing relays/fuses. What do these relays and fuses missing in the picture below actually control and what are the proper replacements for each?

And for the plugs(these are directly behind the fusebox in the pic above, under the dash): what are the white and black ones supposed to be plugged into? I have read that the green ones should be unplugged and are only for diagnostics. is this correct?
