I got some brake pads in the mail yesterday since I got fed up trying to clean my wheels the other day. Suppose to be a huge decrease in brake dust. So I've heard changing pads are easy w/ brembos, anyone care to chime in on that.

That you are correct remove the Pins and slide the pads in!!
