What models use 4.44 with the Vlsd rear diff?

I have a 2000 Lgt (auto) trying to figure out what Years and Models have rear diffs with VLSD.

Maybe the Forester XT? I know when they introduced the turbo Foresters here in the US they had 4.44 gears, and they probably have the VLSD.

You can probably find your answer in the Transmission & Driveline forum rather than asking in the Legacy forum.
