Here's a link on what I found. It's been 6mths and it still beads after all the snow rain and salt attacking it.

You still will need to buff out any scratches and clay bar your car before you put this stuff on.

I get all my detailing items from autogeek.net. Go over there and you'll see a lot of tutorials regarding everything including sealants.

I had the best luck in protecting my 2011 by using Zaino Z6 and their CS clear seal. I dont have easy access to a garage, so zaino was best for me because I could apply it in the sun and it lasts a few months. Also, was having problems with bird droppings when I was using carnauba wax , but zaino seems to be holding up much better.

Even with a new car you will need to clay it first and learn how to properly wash it without marring the paint. Not difficult to do, but lots of details you should read up on before you do anything. I found the subaru paint compared to all my other cars to be so much easier to marr/swirl.

Chemical Guys Jet Seal 109, and some 50/50 and you'll be set.

Ive switched everything Ive used over to Chemical Guys... haven't found one product that didn't do like it was advertised to.

I've heard of Chemical guys..will look em up.

Also I was very hesitant when the dealer was washing my car..and with my car being red..its got some swirls...bahhhh

so I'm assuming I'd start off with claybar, wash, and apply jet seal then 50/50.

Also, I am reading if I use their Paint Correction Nano-3n, I am suppose to buff it dry after applying, then apply sealant etc. Am I suppose to wash and dry the paint in between?

None of this is gonna protect ur front bumper from rock chips without atleast a clear bra. And I would seriously second guess any steep ramps/driveways. Alot of ppl with cracked front bumpers. Just speaking from experience.

Paint sealent I use is Wolfgang deep gloss paint sealent 3.0. I usually clay bar after a wash. You dont want to waste ur claybar on stuff that a wash would have taken care of. I just clean off any clay bar residue with a microfiber.

I know nothing is gonna protect from rock chips on the bumper, I just want to preserve the freshness of the paint job on the overall body. I thought of clear bra however for the price I am better off repainting..because one can tell if the bumper have been bra'd or not since it'll look thicker and possibly some yellow hue to it overtime.
