Default new log, possible issue.

car has been feeling abit sluggish, so i did a log. im running stage 1 +sf 93 on a 2011wrx and have been for awhile now. car felt stronger then just stage 1 when it was reflashed and went downhill from there.

only mods i have done right now would be the AP, SF intake w/box and turboXS catback. this log seems to have some knock and low boost levels. tell me what ya think of it.

Your boost levels seem a bit low, so it might be worth trying the HWG map. There is a correction at higher levels, but it is in the Fine Knock Learning. I would recommend doing an ECU reset and Reflashing a HWG map. Then, we can take a look at another log to see how your car is doing.

i was thinking about doing this. but wouldnt switching to the HWG map increase the chance for knock if it is already there? by increasuing the boost i would think that would increase the knock issue?

guess it wont hurt to make a few more log runs then switch over to the HWG map and see how it does. think i may check for boost leaks before i do though, just to make sure everything is ok.

thanks

The Fine Knock Learning is a correction that will default back to zero after an ECU reset. Otherwise, it will stay there until the ECU determines the correction is not needed anymore. Doing an ECU reset and then trying another log on the NWG map would be a better start, and then from there you can determine if you need the HWG map or not.
