Default Best first mods?

Hey everyone! I just got a rex and its got about 700 miles on it so while I wait for it to break in I was wondering what would be the best mods to do first for performance? What mods would make the biggest difference? Also websites or any contact info of who makes or sells these products would be great! Thanks for your time!

Turbo XS MBC. Most bang for your buck. Easy intall. After that, Stage 1 or Stage 2 depending on how much money you have.

MY vote is always an uppipe. Hp and TQ increase, quicker turbo spool up, lower EGT's, often saves a pound or so of weight, many products to choose from.

I would personally not spend money on an intake. And MBC is manual boost controller. Visit Boostvalve.com.

Unless you really are just totally in love with the HKS Carbon Ti muffler, I wouldnt bother with it. There are plenty of other choices with out the lavish cost, you can then put the money you save into other mods that will net good gains.

Without a doubt, Vishnu Stage 0 and of course a good boost gauge. The car is literally transformed with it.

If you posted this in the Fact. Forced Induction Forum, you would probably receive more replies.

Anyways, you will get all different answers. What do YOU want? Do you want some more speed? Better handling? Braking?

If you want some go fast mods, i would go with either a up-pipe or a MBC (Manual Boost controller).

For Handling, i would do tires first. The stock tires are not what a lot of us call... good.

I would go with the Vishnu Stage 0, or the turbo-xs
stage 1 for about a grand each, they off about the same performance, I think the Turbo XS is easier to install your self
all of those parts you mentioned will cost close to these kits
and those parts wont give you the same power
I bought parts and dont have the power that I could have had
in one shot, if you have the money, look into those
before you buy the other stuff

first off thanx for the help!...my whole thing is i want to upgrade my performance to a level im happy with (beating ****stangs and camaros basically) so that i can focus on other aspects of the car such as exterior and suspension/wheels as i am in a car club and we do shows (www.teamnohaven.com)...im thinking i want to get a AEM intake, TXS uppipe, MBC, downpipe, catpipe, midpipe kit, and HKS Carbon Ti exhaust for my first stage in performance...then i plan on getting a Alles Create lip kit or maybe the Prova front lip with Alles Create side and rear pieces...my other problem is with the high offset i cant find rims i like that arent played out (i.e prodrive, oz)...u guys think i could get away with a lower offset w/o rubbing?...how low could i go?...anyway im still figuring out suspension but i wanna go with a basic spring/shock setup for cost and as i wanna auto x...all the help is greatly appreciated!

The stock tires are pretty weak. You could get a set of 17 inch Rota wheels with good tires for about $1,000. I recommend the Sumitomo HTRZ II's.
