My time is assuming hand tools, suspension that has never been removed, and a couple beers.

My last swap was right around an hour using the screw jack and hand tools.

I think grand prix is more fun just because it takes less skill and basically dont need to brake at all, just lift off the gas for a second. This is fun because it actually forces you to drive and apex corners and accelerate halfway through the turn.

Silvermine road, down the same road as thrive fitness

20$ per race. I think the wallingford one is 25$ or 30$ even.

And during the week its buy two get one free =p. I absolutely loved it. I cant wait to go again.

Alright, so after my lowering springs were re-installed by a shop, I noticed the wheel gap on the front/passenger side was .5" larger than the other 3 wheelwells. When I look under the hood at the strut mounts, the 3 bolts holding down the passenger side strut mount are taller than the bolts holding down the driver's side strut mount; they should be the same on both sides. Is this installation error and would I have to get the entire spring/strut assembly uninstalled/re-installed to fix the situation?

Take pics. And use a tape measure, ensuring the car is flat. Sometimes the road or surface plays all sorts of tricks.

The studs on the top mount are all the same length, so when you say "taller" that doesn't make sense to me.

Also, check to make sure the center nut (Jesus nut) at the top of the strut is installed correctly. If one side were cranked way the hell down, I suppose that could cause an issue.

Definitely take some pics. Unless they put the wrong strut in there though, the studs should be the same height. You likely have something else going on though that is causing the issue. The spring may not be seated properly.

I used to go to On Track up in Wallingford. Definitely some more technical racing and a good track layout. Is it a flat track, or does it have inclines? The Wallingford one was perfectly flat, which is a little less exciting.

Perfectly flat, that's the only downside. Grand Prix you can kinda stay in it as long as you want and just get off the gas, this requires braking

If anyone's looking for a treadmill, I am trying to get rid of mine. Haven't used it much as of late and would like to sell it to free up space in the house.

I was quoted $220 + tax by the receptionist for getting my tint done at Silver Lining. Someone here mentioned how Dave would do it for $180; should I be asking to talk to him instead or should I say someone referred me to get this price?

you have to go right through Dave. techincally its not through silver lining, but he does it, at their shop during their hours. go there on saturday and go to the back garage and talk directly to dave, not the receptionist

Tell him you know Max and that he did my STi twice.

**Disclaimer** He only did it twice because someone vandalized the STi and broke the right rear passanger window, so when they replaced the window i needed that one window re-tinted...not because of workmanship. He's done 3 of my cars so far. I wont go to anyone else. Hes awesome.

Talk to him. Or go to the tint man.
