This belongs to the same guy that owned Mac's Vette. He bought it after getting rid of the Vette for something more practical. With a little one on the way he is now in search of a 4-door 335i.

It was actually out of Johnny's old car. He did have issues if it sat for long periods, but typically just kept a trickle charger on it. Only issues seemed to be when it was sitting for long periods.

I still have the battery as well, however I tried to sell it to someone and he said he couldn't get it to take a charge off his alternator. I told him to put a trickle charger on it but he didn't want to go through the trouble. It probably just needs a deep trickle charge.

Wallingford is a pretty long ways away from Danbury. Even for me it is probably 30 minutes each way.
Damn, that's pretty. If only I had a job.

Sounds good to me. It isn't doing me any good and has been in my cabinet for 2 years

You may just want to check that the battery tray is compatible with your MY.

Hey guys,

The battery tray is universal and needs to be screwed into the stock battery tray riser. The person who installed it used self tapping screws. I never had an issue with it driving my starter but i did keep it on a trickle charger at night. It was great in the summer but was slow to start if the car sat outside overnight in the winter. Who knows now tho, its been sitting in Gregs place for like 2 years....its crazy to think that its been that long since i owned that STI .

ENJOY!

Thanks bud! Sounds good to me. We'll have to meet up so I can grab that for you, or you could always swing by Cory's shop and drop it off to him.

Spotted Cory on Black Rock on Friday. Gave you a little honk from the M.

Got my front bumper license plate holes filled and resprayed. Car looks pretty much new.

I gotta get together with him anyway to finish up my car. I can try to drop it off to him or we can setup something sooner if need be.

I am not around though the next few weekends, so meeting up with Cory might be a while.

Thats awesome! I really would like to get my front bumper resprayed. Who ever had it before me had some pretty rough road rash from whatever kind of driving they were doing.

And i'm in no rush. I thought the motor was shipping this past friday but shipping a motor from Washington State to CT apparently is pretty expensive haha.

Yea man good. On a car related note, i spent all weekend detailing my car. First time putting my PC to work over here in Europe. BMW paint is definitely a lot harder than Suby paint. I went quite aggressive and could have gone even more to get every last scratch out. I want to drop it and install the new Lux angel-eye kit before taking new pics....nothing really has changed with it.

On a unrelated car note, I'm looking forward to coming stateside this weekend. Haven't been home since last summer...its gonna be a busy visit.

Super happy that my girlie decided to come last min.....She'll be my arm candy for this wedding me and Gfunk are going to in Groton :P

Max,

Unfortunately only until Monday....not much time for myself at all. Just touching bases with family and going to this Wedding.

I like the 19-21 age group . Its good to get them before they go into super slut mode! I guess the biggest kicker is that i need to let my rents know that im dating a girl that is 9 years younger than me

I don't know where you went to college, but 18-22 is prime time super slut mode.

I like it too!..most of the girls i've dated were in that range, but i've always liked younger girls. the 19 year old was probably the best i'd ever had in bed.

Sucks we wont be able to meet up! How long you too been dating? She got any hot friends that share the same "thirst" in engineering as her?

Yea i guess id agree with the college thing...but i found that after they leave college and no longer have to worry about a reputation, they go into stealth slut mode....basically sleep with a lot of dudes since no one ever finds out.

In college they need to be super blasted to let their freak out as a sense of self worth. After college and they mature, they realize it okay to just need sex.
