No worries man. With the weather being as crappy as its been I'm not in a big rush to drag her out of hibernation... Nice, I saw the pic you posted of the racepak cluster, looks pretty sick. Love the shift lights on it. Look forward to seeing it all done. How much power you think youll be putting down when its all done??

When I travel I often just get take in and eat in the room. Eating dinner alone at a restaurant is the worst, at a bar is a little better.

Suppppp peeps. Hope all is well.

Sold the STi. Couldn't comfortably fit the baby seat back there. Figured it was a sign to move on.

Bought an 2007 Audi S6, why?

I didn't want to come out of pocket in the transaction...
The A6 drove and felt like a terrible boat...
I'm a glutton for German punishment...
I like the N.A. V10 Platform.

Hoping to see you guys soon once the weather breaks, I can stop slinging diapers and Cars and Coffee kicks up again.

BTW that go-pro video was TITTTAAAAYYS

Yes and yes. I need some advice ASAP. Was looking into some options but I feel like this Audi VW is less about the "go" than the Subi scene and more about the "show"

Can't lie. I like the "show" portion of it... and I've got some bits already in the works there. I still want to get some more "go" done. Tune and exhaust options are all I can really find so any suggestions when it comes to brands or directions I can take are appreciated.

BtW... What's everyone's Instagram names?!? I got some following to do.

how many miles on it? I would def recommend a carbon cleaning to start. As well documented on rs4's, it can choke away almost 50whp. There really isnt much offered as far as engine performance besides intake, exhaust, and a tune, i mean you could get test pipes and gut the pre-cats in the headers too (requires engine removal) but goddamn do they sound glorious. go to youtube and pick out the sound you want. that being said, i'll leave this here

I have a guy that comes in with a flat grey 2013 s6 with full exhaust and tune, that thing RIPS. all show no go? thats just vw kids with no money. b8 s4's will run mid 12's with an exhaust, intake, pulley, and tune, r8's are okay, powerbands too linear for my tastes, and don't get me started on stg 3 tt-rs's. 700whp inline 5? yes please /rant

I hear you guys have been getting hulk smashed in snow this year (18 storms?). You guys having any fun in it? Shot a video with my GoPro on a recent dumpage in France. Took a vacay day to chase the pow pow. Warning: nocarcontent

Johnny, great to hear from you man! Looks like you're having fun out in Europe. I'm not a skier/snowboarder, but that video looks sick.

I want a GoPro myself, but I have no idea what I'd use it for, especially since I'm considering selling the WRX this summer so I can buy a house come the fall.

Let me know when you're in town. Would be great to grab a beer with ya!

I'm due for a carbon cleaning for sure. Gas mileage sucks lol (which I heard is another carbon build up symptom). PM me your number dude and we can chat about some maintainence stuff.

That exhaust system sounds bananas in pajamas. I was looking at the Millitek, currently looking for an intake or something of the like.

Milltek is always a good choice. Usually they sound great and fit well

Next up, install my 5 lb lighter wheels and Dunlop Z2 tires. I saw no need to freeze the tires

oh yea. I had no issues with exchanging the '11 WRX for this. I auto-x and the handling is quick, super sticky brakes, weighs 2700 lbs, it stops quickly. 197 hp, ~220 TQ at 2600 RPM... its a zippy car. Though it's claim to fame is the handling. I only have 500 miles on it so far and don't have the Z2's on it yet. I'm expecting some awesomeness.

some cool things... turbo and runs on 87 octane. Has overboost (~22 lbs for up to 20 sec at WOT). I've been driving like an asshat (heavy gas, hard brakes, etc.) and am getting 29 mpg
