Marginally well behaved.

Default This place is dead.

Only 13 threads showing in the last three weeks.

Makes me sad how far TXIC has fallen.

I agree. Facebook has killed it here I guess. I used to know if there were any meets. Not anymore.

Have a Nice Day?

Did anybody make it out to Texas World Speedway this past weekend for one of the final events there? I saw a few Subarus around but didn't see any in my run group with the exception of a BRZ if I remember correctly. There was a decent amount of Evo love going around but the Subie crew was pretty thin.

Years ago you couldn't keep something on the first page. Sad. Subaru community used to be the best. I'll keep the rest of my comments to myself as the ones that disagree with me would be butthurt.

I'm probably there with you. What the Subaru crowd has become/is becoming is sad. I miss the old days.

While I do feel like a piece of my soul is being sold when I use it, Facebook has allowed for much more localized groupings of car/subaru enthusiasts. Damn shame, especially since internet at work blocks facebook but not NASIOC

This thread makes me sad as a new member. Seems difficult to find anyone to talk car with anymore. And I've been trying for a while to find info on any meets, even if strictly not subaru.

I convinced 3 of the other dfw wrx owners to trade in for as brz, so we all went to the ft86 forums. You could always join the dark side (there is a good deal from one of the local FRS owners for a lot mileage manual FRS).

Check out this place... they are in Tyler, but import a lot of parts for different models including Subarus.

Very cool, sorry for not saying hi. I was running in HPDE3/4. My free time is unfortunately extremely limited these days, but it'd be great to meet some other enthusiasts that go to these events.

And I am over here waiting for the next scavenger hunt. Miss the BBQ at Underground and well I am happy to see HHH is still going on... barely. Younger crowd is younger but the focus on performance and hooning has dropped.
