Yeah, I hope that's a fake tat because I can't imagine someone actually getting that done. Thanks for not ban-hammering me in the nuts.

Adam, how're you feeling?

Spit out my lunch laughing. Easily the best way to start off a craigslist ad.

Also, what the hell is up with the threads now? 2500 post limit? Someone needs to learn about caching.

Just an update on the car situation

So Curry Subaru has been really sketchy with my order...so I went to Stamford Subaru yesterday where Antony Viene bought his new STI and talked numbers. They gave me $2500.00 more for my trade in and took $1500.00 off of the new car. So I got a $4000.00 better deal with Stanford Subaru than Curry. I will be going in today to put the deposit down for the order. Our sales man found Anthony a car with 24 hrs instead of waiting for 6-8 weeks. He said he will prob find me a car within the next few days.

Curry is always the worst.

$1500 off the new car? How much was it to begin with? I paid pretty close to invoice. You can too if you are willing to play ball.

If you're getting a base sedan, you should be paying close to $32,263
If you're getting a limited sedan, you should be paying close to $35,379

Paying sticker for a Subaru is pants on head retarded. It's a Subaru, not some exotic rare sports car.

Shame your car isn't stock... you can't really take advantage of Subaru's guaranteed trade. That was seriously the most painless process ever.

Also, don't be afraid to order your car. Mine came in WAY quicker than I was expecting. The nice thing about an ordered car is you know it hasn't been thrown around and abused during the break in period. I picked mine up with 6 miles on the odometer.

Vinny, call Liberty Subaru in NJ. That's where I bought my WRX and when I was looking for a new Legacy they were the cheapest by far AND were always willing to work with me. I know Edvig deals with Liberty Subaru as well. Give them a call man.

55 Kinderkamack Road
Emerson, NJ 07630
(201) 261-0900

They aren't ass holes like Curry is and always has been.

Another dealer you can call that I've had good experience with is Colonial Subaru in CT.

Garrity, you're paying someone to paint your wheels? Didn't we tell you either paint them yourself, or pay to have them powdercoated? Paint is going to chip regardless so why bother paying a shop to do it when powdercoating is more durable and typically about $75/wheel.

I got a letter in the mail from Meadowland in Carmel telling me to hurry in for their "test" trade-in program for exclusive people. They got my name and info when I went to test drive a couple of cars there before I bought the Legacy. Anyway, the letter told me they really wanted me to bring my car in and trade it in for a brand new car... "because you're a BMW owner."

Hahahaha what?
