Who wants to go to the JNA meet this Sunday? Let me know. It's Georgette's bridal shower so I have the day to burn. Thinking about installing my short throw shifter, bushings, downpipe and flashing stage 2 tomorrow if any of you want to help. I'll provide pizza and beer.

Redpanda will provide the handy's.

Morning!

Outphase, be prepared to get pulled over a lot. That's one of the loudest exhausts out there. Definitely sounds cool but unless you have a cop in the family, not worth the trouble.

I miss my cutout. One of the Legacy guys is selling his downpipe with electronic cutout. That thing was so much fun and so obnoxious... when it worked.

If you and a good friend were on an uninhabited island and a venomous reptile bit your friends penis, would you suck the venom out? If so, would you consider that gay or helping a friend in need?
If I were one of the village people I would be the construction guy. Since I already use a tool belt for work all I need now is the short shorts and dance my YMCA ass away.

If my freind was to be stung by a venomous spider on his penis. I would give him two choices. Since I always carry a knife. It would be to cut it off or good luck to him. No penis sucking for me

Installed my Defis yesterday… ****in boost gauge reads too high. I did some research and apparently this is normal.

My Prosport boost gauge always read too high or too low. It was never accurate. Sometimes, it didn't work at all. So, I guess I should consider myself lucky. I guess I'll just set my warning light at 21psi and hope it never happens. I'm still trying to sell that Prosport gauge for $Free.99 btw. Comes with a stand and a hood.

My MAF reads 18ish PSI which is right on the money for my car. The Defi reads about 19.5 PSI at the same time. I think it has to do with the difference in measuring boost relative to the intake manifold pressure vs atmospheric pressure. The good news is my car is still at 0 degrees learned knock and 1.0 DAM. It pulls like a raped ape.

Nevermind… fixed it.

To calibrate your boost gauge
1. select it with the "warn" button
2. press and hold the down button and the record button for 2 seconds

You'll get no feedback, but your gauge will be zero'd out…

They look so delicious. I'll hook up the sending unit for the oil pressure this week and the oil temperature whenever I change my oil since the sender goes in the drain plug.

Oh and here's a pic John Schroder took of my car at the last SLOW meet…
