Default Just installed new injectors and now a misfire!

It started when I installed the turbo inlet pipe, I thought it was a blown injector, so I replaced them with 600cc injectors. Misfire, Misfire, Misfire!!! And now I noticed the harness to the Cyl #1 coil, the clip to keep it in is broken! What else can it be? BTW its a hybrid motor.

What cylinders have the misfire? If it's just one cylinder, have you tried moving the coil pack or plugs around? Doing this helps save money instead of starting off by replacing parts.

Check each injector in cylinder # 4. If the misfire follows the injector then u would return them for new ones likely flow issues. Also check the coil packs for correct orientation as said previously .... Black plugs to the rear and white to the front.

The ECU needs to see the correct latency and scaling for those new injectors.

You should post everything you did with the vehicle symptoms you had in the CEL sticky for everyones future ref.

That's not going to help you unless you take it to tuner who uses Access TunerPro. The maps included with the AP aren't set up to work with your new injectors. You need a custom tune, pronto.

Make sue you torque the spark plugs to spec, a lot o hoses due to oil and cold weather cracked, so I replaced all vacuum and coolant lines with stronger heater hose. And clamped them all, also Bosch spark plugs are not good for are cars NGK's all day. I have pics of what I did I will post them tonight.
