Square shape simply doesn't fit with FMIC/CAI pipes. I think I'm going to use this as a platform to build a new model that fits - either with plexiglass or leftover sheet metal. I could cut into this one... but I don't really want to.

Try warming it up with a hair dryer and peeling it. Depends how cracked up it is pressure washer might be easier but heat will definitely help

Why not just buy a boost gauge?

That looks very cheap.

Spend $35k+ on an '12 STi but buy a $10 cheap ass holder for the Accessport to use as a boost gauge..

That's ok. It's not like I have just made this permanent mod that Ill never be able to reverse. It doesn't stay there all day. I took pics when I did it and drove around to see how it held up. I wanted something to hold my Accessport if I ever needed to do any logging. I didn't post it saying " hey everyone, ima mad tyte drifter and want to show off my über rare sweet Accessport mount that i use 24/7 365 days a year for a boost gauge". "All you guys with boost gauges are ricers, throw it away and buy this mount so we can start an exclusive as seen on tv car club".

It's really not the end of the world. So lets get the thread back on topic, or just quote the post again. Doesn't matter to me.

I approve of your proper use of an umlaut. Slightly approve of possible-temporary money savings. Did it stay on?

Did the mount work and keep the Accessport on? Yes

Is it still on, as in currently still sitting like that in my car? No, I never intended on permanently keeping it there. That location is where my garmin goes, it's just a quick, easy, cheap and effective solution I have for the Accessport when I do want to monitor something and do some logging.
