I finally got rid of the chrome trim on the trunk. I figured out a trick to make spay paint look good.

I did about 7 coats of paint, let it sit for about 24 hours let the paint really cure. I applied rubbing compound lightly, then moved I to polishing compound. Finished it off with some good wax. It took the orange peel look out of the paint.

Sure as long as you have the titanium wrap like this. It is super easy compared to the "old school" fiberglass stuff.

Did you make your own tester? Any special design? Plans?

If you don't mind me asking.

Started setting up the coil overs. Pushed the install up to tomorrow.
If anyone needs to work on their ride let me know, I'll have a open bay at work (EOD Little Creek base).
Shoot me a PM

Spray them with PB blaster let sit for 15-20 min, heat them up with a torch then shot pean them with a hammer, spray more PB, heat them again then you might be able to get them apart.
If need be take a beer break.

Yup i used a bunch of PB on everything lol. I just couldn't seem to break the tie rods loose. Im going to attempt the tie rods again on sunday (there will be multiple beer breaks lol) if no luck I'm just going to take it up to a shop.

The balljoints are out and replaced. My buddy couldn't find his ball joint removal tool so a hammer and PB is all i had..
