Should have been done this weekend, if I didn't have to work for twelve hours on Saturday I would be done now. I was hoping to be able to drive into work tonight, nope. It is real close and I can see a little light at the end of the tunnel already.

A couple seconds with a turkey baster (which you already have in your tool kit, unless you never flush your brake fluid) and you're done.
What cars do you own that have this MC fluid sensor?
What is the purpose of the sensor according to the manual?
Add fluid, low brake pads as in change them soon?

Either way I have never heard of adding brake fluid, unless your low due to a leak. Common practice for me is to replace all pads, and machine the rotors when i do brakes. If its time to change the brake fluid i flush the whole system out, bled it and then top it off to the full mark. No turkey baster required.

What was your issue? On the 04 I just bought the steering is tight! It feels like it takes about 10-12lbs more pressure turning the wheel in this car as compared to my 05 WRX I find myself needing to use two hands on the steering wheel a lot more often than on my 05... Is this due to the steering rack bushings or something else maybe?

holy steering batman! the issue i was having was squeal on startup and resistance/kickback/squealing when i turned the wheel. turns out it was just a loose belt.

Got the car running, yayyyyyy. I have done two logs and received my third revision so far. It sounds crazy loud with an open dp. Must make do with what I got for now.

Waiting for the laptop to finish charging before I can continue.

I am hoping this weekend if I can get the exhaust rigged up by then. Since it is only Monday and we have already done three logs, I would assume I could be done or close to it by this weekend. There is about four subies that are racing this weekend in Va beach. You should bring out your new toy and figure her out.
Man I can't wait to really open her up, I can't take her past 4k right now but it gets there quick, feels completely different than the laggy 18g'd 205 motor. I am def making some boost in the low 3k range.

I may, my accessport gets here today... I haven't even had the needle above 3.5k yet myself because I've been rolling around with a full turbo back and intake with no tune for two days (it's agonizing, I want to floor it so bad).

I'll definitely be at the meet in VA Beach Saturday (already got the woman's permission) if I don't make it to autocross this weekend I will the next one.

My sport grille, window visors, and fender well trim arrived for our new '12 Forester, so looking forward to having a little driveway time with it this weekend.

^ That's a great idea for the door card cup holders in the GRs. I might have to cut up my old floor mats and do that. Thanks for the idea!

I washed my car. It's been through a lot this past month, so I also gave the black trim pieces a thick coat of Back to Black.

Eh the OEM floor mats in mine were ruined before I bought the car. I'm using weathertech mats now, so if I didn't throw the old mats away, I think repurposing them would be a great idea.

Changed both A/C and alternator belts.

Ripped the door card off bc the stoopid window wouldn't roll up. It would seem that years of use with only half the motor bolted in has bent the track/gear bc even with it all bolted up tight, the gear on the motor n the arm with the teeth aren't even touching

Anybody had to replace the actual track? Struggling to find one around the way
