I registered my car to a county that doesn't require emissions, now I never have to worry about that again

No check engine lights right? Then your fine, provided the car doesn't wreak of exhaust when you pull up.

It also helps if the inspector is older (like grandpa older), he'll be less likely to bend over to look under the car.

Maybe ask Wrx10 where he got inspected. Its getting harder and harder to pass now a days

but you can still get a high-flow/racing catted DP and pass, right?

Yes, but you have to paperwork proving that there is in fact a catalytic converter installed in you exhaust system.

This is of course going to be for the strictest of inspectors.

It was a younger girl. I got it inspected in Owings Mills - Balt Co. She went around with a mirror and looked... which didn't do crap because of how low the car is. Then she hooked the cable up and it froze her computer. I thought I was doomed. She restarted it and then ran her money grabbing test which revealed I passed.

Running pro tuned - on the Cobb AP. As we all know, the vehicle thinks it has a cat. It was my first time getting it emission tested, so I was actually nervous and asking her dumb questions to try and throw her off LOL.

Yeah man! And the whole walkin around the car with a mirror is a joke. Lol. They probably do it because a manager is watching or something because you can CLEARLY see with my TurboXS exhaust that there isn't a cat... Lol.

Yeah it seems they are just going through the motions. I went to the one on Redland Road by the Shady Grove Metro station.

Did the same on Saturday, and finally cut my teeth with the Porter Cable and pads. And I only needed one course of polishing on the RS, which surprised me as it sat outside for a few years. All told, it looks awesome after the wax was applied. No pictures, as I still have to take off the rear wheels to clean them and wash the bumpers and black plastic trim.

And the PC made quick work of everything. If I wasn't babysitting my obnoxious, drunk neighbor, I might have gotten done sooner.
