When I was in school we were taught to walk our bikes across the street. If he was riding his bike across the street and the guy behind Phil saw that and knew that the biker should've been walking his bike, then maybe he was trying to encourage Phil to teach that guy a lesson?

Of course it matters. If he was walking the bike then he follows the pedestrian signs. If he was riding, he follows the traffic lights same as the cars. That means he was in the wrong and you were also in the wrong by letting him go by.

Of course it'd be stupid to run his ass over just because, but perhaps the guy behind you knew the laws just a little bit more than you?

Why do some people feel the need to teach people a lesson?

Shove off and mind your own business. If I want to pay for tickets and drive wreck less then that's my choice, if I want to drive like a grandma on the highway then that's my choice. Leave others alone!

If you want to drive reckless, that becomes our problem. Idk you and I trust no one driving "skills", so take that **** off public roads.

You want to drive like a grandma, by all means, go right a head.

Incorrect, you can ride in a crosswalk/sidewalk as long as your following ped law, and traveling at a safe and reasonable speed. Title 9 was updated with this language and more. You can't ride on the sidewalk in a business district, specifically downtown and parts of midtown...Phil was pointing out a major problem, drivers are in to much of a hurry to even care about folks using the crosswalk, I see it every day I ride my bicycle to work 9 miles each way....hell I see it driving to!

I feel I was in the right. I've seen people eat it on a ped while crossing the street WITH the walk signal. People in cars can slow down and relax a bit. And yes he was riding the bike, not walking it across the street. Which if you have to walk your bike across the street thats a pretty stupid law.

And I don't care if the guy behind me knew the "law" better then I do. If I want to be a polite and thoughtful driver, letting people merge or cross the street... anyone who doesn't like that can **** off heh.

I once almost got read ended because I was making a right turn from Debar into the car wash/shucks entrance, came to an almost complete stop due to a pedestrian. Guy behind me got on his horn and cut off the left lane traffic almost pushing them onto the incoming. Then as he passed he flipped me off.

I could have made my turn and had that guy ride right into the side of my car. When ever I need to turn and someone is on the corner, I watch them. You just never know.

And I hate impatient people. if that didn't show.

WGMG- impatient people.

WGMG: up until this year the Air force was paying for parking passes for detachment cadre, fantastic even though I didn't need a parking pass since I don't technically work on campus. Well rumor has it they are paving the aviation technology parking lot in august which means...we will have to pay to park. Just got this in an email
" Example #1: Annual cost for parking permit is $250.00 ($20.83 per mo). Member will
pay for the parking permit and will not be reimbursed since the total is below the $300.00
threshold for the year."

So lemme get this straight...I have to pay to go to work, and I'm not getting reiumbursed for it?!

We probably should never meet then. I can't stand people that drag their ass for no reason... whether it's driving, walking, putting receipt/change in purse at post office, etc. That's great you have nothing better to do, but get the **** out of my way please!

I can't disagree with you, remote tunes are a pain for you and the tuner. Although I'm about ready to contract one to help me get rid of my part throttle knock.
