Annnnnnd I just noticed that the logo on the pic for the eBay listing says, "Techronics". Those are the same douchebags that wouldn't let me order them for the quoted price from their own website... If you can take a moment to see if maybe I missed something that says they can't ship to Alaska at the quoted price, let me know, otherwise these guys better ship to Alaska for $20 or I'm gonna be pissed. WTF is the point of a shipping calculator that can't properly calculate shipping?

Nevermind, just saw this at the very bottom at "Shipping Instructions": PO Box, HI, PR, AK, GU, U.S. Territories and International countries there is additional shipping fees.

FML.

OH! AND they wouldn't let me use my work's Seattle address to ship to! They said the Ship To has to be the same as Billing. I told them that's dumb because what if a company is ordering and needs it shipped to a different branch or something as such? Straight mentally-handicapped this situation is.

Edit:

Then there's THIS listing which shows nothing for exemptions, just $29 UPS Ground to U.S. and Canada.

No, I agree. It's just dumb because it actually shouldn't cost $50+ to ship a box of speakers to Alaska. They won't use Flat Rate Boxes to Alaska, so it's whatever. I know it's just not worth it for most companies to change their shipping arrangement. I just bought an similar set back in 2011 and wasn't given any hassle on extra shipping, from what I recall.

WTF... I have my Amazon open looking at some Enkei wheels and never thought to search for these speakers using THEM.

You are the Search Masta! Thank you!

I sent a message to the ebay seller asking to have my order cancelled since it was a Buy It Now purchase. I'm debating on if I should wait for their response before swooping these Amazon ones up? If I end up buying them both then I'll have a set of nice 6 1/2" speakers for sale really soon. hahaha

Hahaha ever since I learned about free shipping on Amazon, I always check there first for stuff that I need

EDIT: WGMG....Paypal put an Account Limitation on me a few days back (most likely because I started using it a lot more than I normally do, which could've seemed suspicious) and after scanning and uploading my drivers license and a utility bill (to prove my identity and place of residence) they lifted the limitation the next day. Fast forward to today; they limited my account AGAIN and are asking for the SAME documents I just sent them.

Well the ebay guys are fine with charging me $20, no problem. They processed and shipped before they even answered my question!

Better yet how about we get rid of the political parties altogether and elect people that will do the job without being in the back pocket of a oil company or any other special interest group

Wrecking yards that mis-categorize their car/car parts. Got my hopes up and then CRASH... dreams dashed.

WGMG: Businesses that defraud customers. Bought a KTUU Deal in Nov. '12 for a local restaurant and the business has since closed its doors. :ihopeyoudieinahorribleoilykitchenfire:

On a side note, it is now a Laos-Thai restaurant. It too will go away soon I am sure. No KTUU Deals for you.

I love Thai, is this in the valley?

WGMG: Not going to a car wash after a full day of ice racing and flooding my garage. My backpack never leaves my car, but of coarse I took it out that morning and set it on the floor of the garage. Now my textbooks are damaged.
