Looking at a couple of the other "Surprise" video's, its apparent other kids are much more gratuitous of their gift. Still in shock but hugs n thank you's.

This country has been trying to get Puerto Rico to become a state for the longest time. Honestly right now the island is the closest it has ever been to finally joining the United States of America by becoming the 51st state. But if hell froze over and sanctimonious Rick Santorum became the president they would most likely tell him to F off for the stupid comment he came up with recently.

He said that in order for Puerto Rico to become a state it would be manditory for them to change the offical language from spanish to english. In other words Rick doesnt understand culture, tradition, or pride beyond his own. Or the fact that the USA does not have in writing an official language. It is assumed english even though only 31 states recognize english as their official language.

Yeah ok bud you are telling the commenwealth of PR to change its official language. They already teach/speak english and have been doing so for over 100 years.
Spitting in their faces by forcing them to officially declare english as the official language as a requirement for statehood when it has never been for any state in this country's history is idiotic.

Good thing Puerto Rico loves Mitt Romney. Santorum should just give up on people he alienates and move on to losing the primary like we all know he will.

...not sure they can use that one against the member. Article 117 can only be charged if committed against someone subject to the UCMJ. From the comic, It seems as though this person was a spouse.
