So, looks like Wednesday or Thursday to put the turbo back exh. on. I have 2 jack stands, thought I had 4 but can't find the other 2 lol. What I need is, an extra pair of hands, 2 jack stands, a floor jack capable of lifting car onto said stands (mine just won't quite lift high enough, and an extra set of hands.) Can pay or booze you up. ;p

Air tools and compressor wouldn't hurt if you got em and are feeling froggy, otherwise I have plenty of sockets and a breaker bar, lol.

Will be in Mechanicsville off 301. Would come to you but i can't get the whole exhaust in the car, it's massive!

One more thing, can anyone recomend a good high quality Hi-temp paint i can use to paint the bung on the downpipe? It will get quite hot, it's 3 inches from the turbo. Basic silver color.

Almost every auto parts store carries it.

I coat every exhaust part I have with it, holds up great.

This reminded me. Do you have an after market turbo heat shield to house the DP? If you don't by now let me know. 585-755-6835

Word you'll need one or cut your stock. It's way easier to just order one. Go to importimageracing.com if you call they give you a way good price and it's free next day shipping cause they are out of Florida.

Try delta v. Word is they're learning subies. Maybe misfire is old plugs or coil packs?

Mark, i think that's probably what it is, but my mechanical inability prevents me from even attempting to check. Best for me to take it to someone. I saw you last sunday btw.

With the q300 you should be okay however I strongly recommend after market hangers. Stock are soft and allow the exhaust to resonate and drone. Lucky for you your boi have a single tip and I have a few extra kart boy hangers to last you I'd you need.

Just had my mind blown....

So just got done watching tonight's episode of Top Gear UK.

Who woulda thought the first car to follow an 80,000 dollar Lexus and park itself would be a BASE MODEL KIA, WTF? Saddest thing is, it actually improves upon the system.....it actually works. Lewis Hamilton, SIARPC woot!

Delta V did a great job on my Outback XT. They haven't played with my WRX yet, but if I ever need to take either of my Subarus anywhere, it'll be there only.

Highly recommended.
