Hey guys,

Born in Vestal, lived up the hill behind BU, currently live and work in Buffalo, NY. I am in the Binghamton area usually about once a month. Would love to make it to some of these events this year!

I got my clutch done, a little complications, but all is well now. The front roll center/bump steer correction kit is awesome, my car feels more like a point and shoot then ever before!

Anyone else doing work to their cars?

the BOV noise was fine, but the spool sounds really bad during normal uphill driving

So its sleeting... do I need winter tires, or are my strictly summer tires okay?

winter would be better but I don't think its that serious quite yet. summer compounds start to get too hard at these temperatures so I would switch over sometime soon.

Under 40-50F, summer rubber gets hard and may not get soft again.

are you saying it won't get soft ever again or they won't warm up as you drive? Do you need to store them in a heated area or something?

They won't be the same. I my direzzas saw a cold basement and winter storage and sucked hard. Maybe after 5 events they gripped a bit more but I'm not doing that again.

I know right? Maybe it was sitting on concrete maybe it was having them on the car in the cold, maybe they condition those warehouse a bit better than completely I heated storage. I've got a conditioned, carpeted basement though so that's where they're going to sit.
