I recently got some bad gas in NJ. a sunoco believe it or not. logging the ecu was pulling -1.5 degrees on timing through Knock Correction Advance Multiplier at idle. It was deff running a tad rough but nothing nutz.

I thought it was more a blend than full synth. I had Mobil 1 in the case. Which my 06 2.5i loved, so I figured my wrx would too. Apparently not, so far the grind hasn't shown up. Knock on wood

use 1 qrt of penzoil syncromesh, and the rest castrol hypo-C 80w-90. if you cant find castrol, find another good non synthetic.

Should be able too get the syncromesh at autozone. the castrol prob at car quest...

I still vote Extra-S for tranny and diff. Although the brz has done well with Amsoil in it. The diff apparently hated the oem fluid and decided to toast it for being weak.

Well we had to make it back down too nyc area last night. My forester made its first long trip since I put it together. Has just about 1000 miles on it...

I saw a nice black 2011 wrx coming out of BU the other week. First scoob I think I saw. Its been a long time since Ive been up that way.

Tavery I looked for your wrx when I went too sears but I didnt see it. prob not working or just not near where I parked...

I usually park right outside th garage. Next to a red Chevy 2500 or down by the compactors. Near the lower entrance. I hate douchebags who leave door dings.

Is there any one planning on Coming down for the day or the weekend. maybe we set up a little meet. staring day is April 20th Gates open at 9:00 AM, laps begin at 10:00 AM, and gates close at 4:30 PM. Cost is $25 per car for Three paced laps on the course. http://www.theglen.com/Tickets-Event...g-Weekend.aspx let me know if anyone plans on going would like to get a big group of subis to hit the track at the same time
