I wonder if it has a "classic" view? But i was told it was geared for tablets anyway so i wasnt really wowed by it.

You're really trusting this internet pundit to tell you how you should use your computer?

He's no different than Steve Jobs, except he has a smaller soapbox he can stand on. How about try it for yourself and come to your own conclusions? I know, how un-Internet jockey of me.

So the people who write the source code and the people who compile it with the appropriate drivers, test it, etc. are one and the same for a Nexus device. This is not the case with any other Android phone/tablet. So citing the former and then claiming the real issue is due to carriers who are literally the last leg of the journey, is misguided. It may or may not be true. But you can't really arrive at that conclusion with any kind of certainty.

Of course, you can have whatever opinion you like. You are even free to think that Obama is really an Islamic fundamentalist born in Kenya who wants to redistribute the wealth to the poor and lazy but then also kill them all since he wants to blow them all up since he's an Islamic fundamentalist.
I see your post, and I considered responding to it explaining where the communication breakdown is, but, I decided against it because I don't care, and you wouldn't want to read it anyways.

I agree with some of his points and disagree with others. But I mostly seem to see it the same way he does. The non-raised buttons... wtf is this 1993? Only seeing one screen at a time... I usually have **** cluttered all over both of my monitors. Seeing one 'app' at a time isn't going to cut it. Windows 8 seems to want to be too involved in making things 'look' nice. I prefer the content and would rather not trade in practicality. I don't have to use Windows 8 to come to this conclusion.

I have a family member who is looking for a NA, automaic Subaru for under $10,000. They are most interested in an impreza but a Forester or Legacy would work too. If anybody has or knows of anything, please let me know via PM asap. They are looking to buy ASAP to replace a wrecked car.

In additon to here, I have Adam from Budd Baer looking for me. Thanks!

And BBC is even better than that, sadly, this year Sky and BBC split coverage. Anyway, i second that, the torrent is way better and there is a dedicated ripper, he uploads P1,2,3, qualfying w/ intro, and race plus pre and postrace, within minutes of completion of session. Standard definition first, HD follows a couple hours later. PM me for details if you dont know how to get or use torrents.

This seems steep. You'd think someone could develop one for a little less. But cool anyway i guess.

Like the 3 or 4 on Fox this year. Had to purposely avoid the internet since they delayed them several hours. Then came in on the formation lap.

At least Hobbs, Matchett and Buxton are going to NBC.

Anyone thinking about going to Austin next year? I am. Was planning on it this year but figured it wasn't worth booking everything when it wasn't certain the facility would be ready in time.

Ill be at the race next year for sure.

As regards the coverage, I dont care for Ben Edwards, David Croft and Martin Brundle are much better commentators.

In BBC's favor, DC is knowledgable and EJ is...hilarious. Simon Lazenby is a stick in the mud (worse than Jakey-Wakey) and Damon Hill is...well you could tell Sky just hired him because he was available. but its not the pre-race I care about. The race coverage on Sky is vastly superior.
