If you guys didn't know Tommy of Tommy's burger stop is the son of the owners of the Double Musky. Which is why he sells (or used to sell I haven't been there in a while) double musky deserts.

I personally wouldn't eat off a pushcart, especially Mas, He dislikes wearing gloves, even though those pushcarts have sinks for washing hands they rarely use them. There is a new stirfry pushcart opeing this summer I'm not sure where he will be. He's planning on a vegitable stir fry which may be interesting to see how that goes.

I like the turnagain arm pit, they have great food.

For those that care, Buffalo wild wings should be opening in the next week or so.
Pho Vietnam #3 is going in in the old cold stone on Jewel lake and Dimond,
The people who own Eagle river Alehouse are opening a frozen yogurt shop in the next building over where super supers used to be (they also own Airport Pizza if your ever in nome)

Finally ate at the olive garden last night. Wow, talk about terrible. Food wasn't all that and .60 for for a sample of wine? L48 was free. Service was very slow but good, they kicked out a wrong order but rushed out the right one and took it off the ticket. Not worth the 1hr wait to get in. I've eaten at several in the L48, same crap at higher prices. We will be hitting up the locals from now on.

What's funny is I've been planning to eat there for my bday next month. Its was years since I've been and I heard they changed it up. They used to have tables where you cook your own meat, but I guess they did away with that?

Didn't Happy use to work at Benihana? I recall going there a few times and having a chef named happy that was also quite entertaining and had an intoxicating laugh, almost like a hyena.

Might have to try Kobe some day. Havent been since I was in STL.

Ya actually almost all of the cooks moved to kobe. They said its a much more laid back enviroment. Where as benihana they would get frowned upon for they're humor i guess.

Probably set the standards too high for the cooks that just want to cook and get it over with. People requesting particular chefs probably screwed with the system.LOL

I would have to put in my vote for Pho Saigon (Tikhatnu Commons) and Moose's Tooth.

i'm always tempted to tip him for entertainment, even though i'm not dining at the table he's cooking at.
